Coatings must be applied over clean, carefully prepared substrates and must be baked to the exact substrate temperature. You can count on us to use some of the best technology to control our ovens and the temperature of the parts being coated.

Coat Any Piece of Equipment

You should never settle for anything less than the highest-quality coatings at a competitive price. We can handle any size coating job. We always try to be the best.

Our computer-controlled ovens range from a standard lab size up to 14' by 14' by 45'. Our on-site separate facility includes all manner of preparation services, including grit blasting. The largest part we have coated to-date was 33' long by 8' in diameter and weighed an incredible 54,000 pounds. But we have bigger parts to coat in the works – a 62,000 lb X 35’ part is coming soon.

The services we provided for this part required NDT testing, thermal degreasing, grit blasting, a primer coat and two coats of Teflon® FEP.
